You're able to cancel an order so long as the home cook hasn't started cooking your food. Alert us to any problem you may have as soon as possible by clicking the help button in the bottom right corner. If your order is for a future date then you will need to submit a ticket on our help centre or send an email to email@example.com
You can tell if a cook has started cooking your food from your order tracking which is accessible via your order history within your account. You can either view the status from the left hand column or click the 'View Order' button for live tracking of your status and Rider.
If the status says 'New' or 'Reviewing' then you can cancel. Any other status means you will not be able to cancel the order.
If you click the 'View Order' button you will see the exact status of your order which updates in real-time. The blue bar at the top of the page reflects your order status.
